How quickly will I get my photos back?

Wedding gallery turnaround times are targeted for 10-12 weeks after your wedding date. Sneak peeks will be sent within 24-48 hours of your wedding day to hold you over while I perfect the rest of your gallery!

Regular sessions or specially advertised mini sessions will have a 2 - 4 week turnaround.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! We recently launched our virtual gift certificates so you can give a friend or family member something truly special - portraits they can hang on their walls and treasure forever!

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

I require a 20% non-refundable deposit to hold the date of your session, wedding, or event. If you must cancel due to sickness, injury, or acts of nature, you will have the option to reschedule. If there is a studio rental fee that cannot be recovered due to the timing of the cancellation, that will be forfeited and the rental fee will need to be paid again.

Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

I currently only offer digital, online galleries. They are password protected, but you are allowed to share your photos with unlimited members of your family, friends, and loved ones. I will make recommendations on where to print from to keep the quality of your photos intact.

Do youhave a second shooter?

While I have connections with other photographers and can absolutely accommodate a second shooter on your wedding day, first we will discuss your needs and I will honorably recommend a second photographer if I believe your event to be of a proper size. If you'd like to request one anyway, we will work it into your contract to support the needed coverage!

Can I request specific poses or shots?

Of course you can. During our final meeting before your event or session, we discuss shot lists and desired posing or trends you have seen online. I encourage my couples who will be working with me on their wedding to send me inspiration or reach out to discuss questions any time before their big day.

Can we meet before the session?

I offer consultation calls to every client to discuss budget, specific vision, and just to get to know each other a little! Vibing is essential to a fun-filled session.

What if I'm not happy with the deliverables?

Before I edit an entire gallery, I send sneak peeks to my clients for tone approval. If there are changes or specific editing they request, I do my best to accommodate them. If changes have been made and the client is still unsatisfied with their gallery, I will in good faith offer a shorter re-do session to remedy what we didn't get right the first go around!
